Ordering & Products

Are your items authentic? Yes - every item we sell is 100% authentic. We do not sell reproductions, bootlegs, or unofficial merchandise.

What condition are your vinyl records and CDs in? We sell both new and vintage items. Each of our items state whether they are brand new or previous loved.

Can I request an artist you don't currently stock? Yes - use the "Suggest an Artist" link on our homepage, or get in touch via our Contact page, and we'll do our best to add them to our lineup.

How do I find out when a specific artist restocks? Sign up to our newsletter for restock alerts, or check the artist's collection page directly - we update stock regularly.


Shipping

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide from the UK.

How long does delivery take?
Though we do not guarantee delivery times, we aim to ship your item in the hope it’s delivered within:

  • UK: [3-5 business days]
  • Europe: [10-15 business days]
  • Rest of world: [15+ business days]

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated on weight, size, and destination and is priced accordingly.

Do you provide tracking? Yes, all our items are sent through recorded delivery which makes them fully trackable.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? For international orders, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on arrival - these are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our prices, since we can't predict what each country will charge.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal.

Is my payment information secure? Yes - all payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, and we never store your full card details.
